At Digna Grace Collection, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the personal-care nature of our products and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, we can only accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dignagracecollection.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns made because of a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error by Digna Grace Collection or an eligible damaged or defective product, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding return or replacement shipping.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
